FORMING AND FUNCTIONING ORGANIZATIONAL BASES OF EXECUTIVE AUTHORITY SYSTEM IN RUSSIAN FEDERATION ENTITIES

Abstract. In this article the Russian federalism bases, the formation and functioning of executive authority system in the Russian Federation entities are considered. Nowadays the question about the boundary between the center and the entities competence is quite urgent as Russia has a special federated structure with the elements of both federated organization and unitary state that shows the country borders and soviet heritage. That is why it is worthwhile to analyze the corresponding statuses of the entities and define the existing disadvantages and contradictions.
