Abstract.
Today depositary receipts issue by the Russian companies is limited, therefore many Russian companies have no opportunity to issue depositary receipts due to limit achievement. The topical question about possible restrictions removal on depositary receipts issue is considered in this article. The legislator’s views on this problem, as well as current and planned legislative changes are analyzed. Problems and opportunities associated with this aspect are revealed.
