METHODOLOGY OF ADAPTIVE ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURES FORMATION IN MODERN MATERIAL-VIRTUAL BUSINESS-ENVIRONMENT CONDITIONS

Abstract. In the article on the basis of system-structural synthesis use the original methodology of organizational structures formation is proposed in relation to the thriving and increasingly mastered by organizations virtual component of modern business-environment. At the same time the peculiarities of self-organization mechanism in the considered environment are taken into account. The main steps of the proposed methodology procedure and those aspects, which the managers, who use it in organizational-managerial practice, should pay attention to, are shown.
