Abstract.
The article describes the peculiarities of the construction of the security company employees’ motivational model taking into account the specificity of employees’ labour activity and based on the results of the analysis of their preferences. In the conditions of the limitation of financial resources particular attention should be paid to the non-financial motivation of the security company employees.
