PHILOSOPHICAL-ETHICAL ANALYSIS OF MORALITIES IN EASTERN TRADITION (BY THE EXAMPLE OF ISLAMIC ETHICAL THOUGHT AND “SYNTHETIC” ETHICS OF THE JAPANESE)

Abstract.
The article deals with the issues of moral education in different cultures. The origins of the creation of conceptions and approaches to the formation of the morally perfect man are rooted in the history of the moralities of each particular culture. In this paper the author gives the analysis of moralities in the Islamic culture and in Japan. The Koran, the Hadith and the “Analects” by Confucius describing “moral laws and prohibitions” and systematizing the ways of a man’s moral culture formation are considered. On the basis of the analysis of the above mentioned ethical teachings the author forecasts the modern development of the ways of morality formation within these two cultures.
