Abstract.
The article examines the interconnection of acute thrombotic injury and significant increase in the amount of fibrin-monomers soluble complexes in blood. The authors give the description of clinical cases, where the identification of significant increase in the amount of fibrin-monomers soluble complexes during the first hours of disease development in the conditions of the absence of any diagnostically significant changes of other markers is shown. The authors conclude that the identification of fibrin-monomers soluble complexes can be used in laboratory diagnostics as an early marker of acute thrombotic injury development.
