CONSTITUTIVE CHARACTERISTICS OF THEME-RHEME DEPLOYMENT OF NEWSPAPER REPORTS TEXT

Abstract. This article is devoted to the theme-rheme organization of text in cognitive-pragmatic section in the context of the newspaper article. The author develops the thesis that theme-rheme structure is a text phenomenon that is universal in nature and manifests itself at all the linguistic levels. The objective of the article is to reveal the mechanisms of deploying the theme-rheme organization of text. As a part of the study it is proved that functional-semantic and communicative-informative relations are represented in the text of the newspaper report through the components of theme-rheme structure.
