NATIONAL MODELS OF SOCIAL DEMOCRACY INSTITUTIONALIZATION: SOCIAL-DEMOCRATIC PARTIES FUNCTIONING AND IMPLEMENTATION OF STATE SOCIAL POLICY

Abstract.
The article reveals the models of social democracy institutionalization in the USA, Germany and Russia. The national peculiarities of social-democratic parties institutionalization and the practical implementation of the guidelines of state activity in social sphere are identified. Social democracy has a polyhedral form, which can accumulate different value ideas depending on subjects involved. Regardless of national models, in which social democracy is implemented, economic, social and political factors that are crucial in the implementation of social-democratic values acquire particular importance.
