Abstract.
The article explains the relevance of the problem of education quality management at the institution of higher education. For the solution of this problem the authors propose to use the innovative forms of management, namely, the situational-forecasting centre of education quality management. The main principles of creating the innovative forms of education quality management are highlighted.
