Abstract. The article presents an empirical study data on the interrelation of success achievement motivation and psychosocial adaptation in a students’ group. The structure of the social-psychological adaptation of students is analyzed and its dominant parameters are described. Directly proportional interrelation between success achievement motivation and the social-psychological adaptation of students is studied and proved.
