Abstract.
The article examines the socio-psychological climate of the teachers’ group of the Humanities Faculty of the federal state budget educational institution of higher professional education “Siberian State Technological University” on the basis of O. Nemov’s methodology of identifying integration degree and gives the main directions of its improvement; at the same time the paper shows a special role of the organization and unity of the collective, of the faculty leader’s confidence, activity, creativity, criticality.
