INTRODUCTION OF ADVANCED TECHNOLOGIES OF TRAINING AS IMPORTANT FACTOR IN IMPROVING QUALITY OF HIGHER EDUCATION

Abstract. The article analyzes the disadvantages of the basic directions of higher education organization and substantiates the necessity of the introduction of a new approach associated with the formation of a specialist’s personality. The practice of the organization of training in accordance with the new technology based on the formation and development of the universal characteristics of a specialist’ personality and the further prospects of the organization of training in accordance with the proposed educational technology are considered.
