Abstract.
The authors studied the current state of health and individual chronorhythms of patients with acute pyelonephritis, determined the peaks of the mental and emotional-physiological state of the patients for the purpose of pharmacological correction prescription together with standard therapy in the given time interval. Against the background of chronotherapy the authors noted the increase of the patients’ adaptive capabilities and changes in the chronogram of the day.
