OBJECTS OF PROSECUTOR’S SUPERVISION OVER OBSERVANCE OF RIGHTS OF MINORS, WHO HAVE COMMITTED ADMINISTRATIVE OFFENSES

Abstract. The article reveals the notion and the list of the objects of prosecutor’s supervision over the observance of the rights of minors, who have committed administrative offenses. The author pays attention to the practical application of supervisory powers and the functions of prosecutors’ participation in court in this sphere, analyzes violations revealed by prosecutors during inspections in supervised objects, and makes special emphasis on the guarantees, consolidated in law, of the protection of children’s rights at the stages of administrative proceedings. The ways of legal regulation improvement are suggested.
