ON INDEPENDENT CONSTRUCTION OF STRUCTURAL PRODUCTS

Abstract.
The article evaluates the impact of commissions charged by financial institutions on the independent construction of structural products (SP). By modifying the well-known expressions for the calculation of SP components three models of SP with different ways of charging the commission are given. Basing on the results of the calculations the diagrams of the yield of basic assets and corresponding SP are presented. It is shown how the growth of the interest rate of the deposit of SP increases the participation rate and, therefore, the yield of SP.
