Abstract. In the article the results of the molecular and cytogenetic studies of 42 patients with B-cell non-Hodgkin’s lymphomas (B-NHL) are presented. With the help of I-FISH method the authors reveal IGH genes rearrangements, which are of great diagnostic and prognostic importance for patients. It is concluded that the identification of translocations involving IGH genes will allow oncologists-hematologists to verify diagnosis and to optimize the treatment strategy of patients with B-NHL to overcome resistance in the conditions of the use of modern chemotherapy programs.
