Abstract.
The article examines the dynamics of legal conflict as a process of its beginning, development, change and completion. All the stages of the dynamics are highlighted. The conditions of the beginning and completion of legal conflicts are revealed. The analysis is conducted and the typical signs and peculiarities of each of the stages of legal conflict under consideration are described. The content of the main used notions on the subject of the research is revealed.
