PECULIARITIES OF DANCE RHYTHM IN PIANO DUO INTERPRETATION

Abstract.
The article analyzes the ensemble-performing tasks related to the piano duo interpretation of rhythmic potential in dance music. The author reveals the role of the musical-instrumental means of expression (metronomic-rhythmic organization, agogic specificity, ensemble interaction) in the embodiment of the idea of dance. The paper also proposes to consider some peculiarities of performing interaction during the retransmission of the dance image by the ensemble of pianists.
