Abstract. The article discusses the peculiarities of teaching the section “Transformations of Plane”, in particular, the transformation of rotational symmetry. The authors give theoretical calculations, as well as the selection of tasks samples aimed at students’ practical mastering the material. This work may be useful for the teachers of pedagogical institutions of higher education, secondary school teachers, teachers running additional courses on the basics of higher mathematics and for the students of appropriate mathematical specialization.
