Abstract.
The article reveals some errors occurring during the process of rule-making and relating to the category of legal technicality. By no means all the errors are considered, but only some, the most wide-spread ones, appearing both during the process of the preparation of the normative-legal act bill, and during the process of its promulgation, publication, which may be referred to technical errors.
