ADAPTATION OF PERSONNEL IN ORGANIZATION

Abstract. The article reveals the content of the notion “personnel adaptation”. The purpose is the study of the adaptation of a worker’s behavior to new organizational environment. Special attention is paid to the consideration of a group of factors influencing a person’s actions in the organization. The types of industrial adaptation are researched and its connection with the stimuli of labor activity is traced. The stages of adaptation are singled out and described.
