Abstract. The article examines the issue of the visualization of the parliamentary reform of 1832 in English painting. The works of the painters - the contemporaries of the events: W. Turner, W. Muller, B. Haydon, G. Hayter, are analyzed. The authors come to the conclusion that the corresponding pictures and watercolors not only reflect the positions of their creators, but also present a rather adequate visual image of the events of 1830-1832, and therefore may be considered as a historical source.
