USE OF FORMS OF COMIC IN THE EDITOR’S COLUMN OF THE GLOSSY MAGAZINE “MEN’S HEALTH”

Abstract.
This article describes the use of the forms of comic in the editor’s column by the example of the glossy magazine “Men’s Health”. The forms of comic allow actualizing the attitudes existing in popular consciousness, simplifying perception in the process of massivization. The comic effect is achieved through the use of stylistic figures and expressive means, among which comic methods are the most frequent as a glossy magazine is a leisure periodical aimed at distraction, entertainment, easy reading.
