CONCEPTION OF THE EXHIBITION “THE IMMATERIAL” AS JEAN- FRANÇOIS LYOTARD’S PHILOSOPHICAL IDEAS EXPRESSION

Abstract.
The article is devoted to the philosophical understanding of the role of “the immaterial” in the coherent world view system of the French philosopher Jean-François Lyotard by the example of the exhibition project “The Immaterial”. Special attention is paid to the term “immaterial” in museology and its understanding by the philosopher. It is shown that J.-F. Lyotard as one of the curators of the exhibition project managed to embody his ideas about the immaterial as something sublime, formless.
