AWARENESS OF RESPONSIBILITY AS A CONDITION OF LAW-ABIDING BEHAVIOUR FORMATION (BY THE EXAMPLE OF WOMEN SERVING SENTENCES IN PLACES OF DEPRIVATION OF FREEDOM)

Abstract. The article is devoted to studying the level of responsibility of women serving sentences in places of deprivation of freedom as one of the factors involved in the formation of law-abiding behaviour. The main content of the paper is the analysis of the results of studying interrelation between the level of subjective control in different spheres of life and the components of convicted women’s self-attitude structure compared to women, in whose behaviour criminal law violations are not recorded. The data can be used in the development of psychological-corrective programs aimed at the formation of the skills of the analysis of behaviour and its consequences among convicted women.
