Abstract. The article is devoted to a topical problem of development of regional industrial tourism. The authors characterize modern industrial tourism directions, such as an industrial-historical one including museumification of industrial objects, a properly industrial one and artistic transformation of objects of industrial enterprises that functioned previously. On the basis of generalization of sightseeing and industrial potential of Omsk enterprises it is concluded about opportunities of industrial tourism development in the region.
