Abstract.
The article examines the category “attitude” in the sphere of education through students’ attitude to studying at a higher education institution. In this aspect attitude can be considered from two perspectives. In the first case - as subjective internal emotional feelings of students caused by satisfaction or dissatisfaction of their needs and expectations during the training process. In the second case attitude is regarded as totality of peculiarities of cognitive, emotional and motivational-behavioral components.
