Abstract.
Problems of cultural environment formation of educational institution are pointed out in the article. The stages of process of cultural environment development are considered. The process stages of cultural environment development in Belov branch of Kemerov state university are stressed and described. The possible improvement ways of forms, methods of formation and development of cultural environment in Belov branch are presented.
