Abstract.
Correlation of rent contract with the other civil law obligations aimed at the disposal of property for alienability is considered in the paper. The conclusion is that rent contract similarity with alienability contract does not make it a variant of alienability contract. Rent contract has the special characteristics concerning its independence among other civil law contracts.
