LEGAL BASES OF SOCIAL INSURANCE IN THE CASE OF UNEMPLOYMENT IN RUSSIA SINCE OCTOBER 1917-1918

Abstract. In the article some basic features of the legal maintenance of the process of the organization and functioning of the social insurance of Russian workers in the case of unemployment in the first year of the establishment of proletariat dictatorship (Oct. 1917-1918) are considered. The analysis of the basic legal acts regulating the given sphere is carried out. In the certain degree the specificity of social insurance in Bolshevist way is reflected.
