Abstract.
The article represents the scientific legal analysis of Part 1 and Part 3, Item 294 of Criminal code of the Russian Federation - Prevention from justice realization. In the article the components of the given crime are considered in detail and the conclusions and offers concerning the perfection of the legislative norms of Item 294 of Criminal code of the Russian Federation are formulated.
