PARENTS' RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS CONNECTED WITH UPBRINGING CHILDREN IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

Abstract. The author analyzes the parents' rights and obligations connected with upbringing children and tackles the peculiarities of regulating the relationships between parents and children, offers the ways of perfecting the legislation regulating the institute of parents' rights and obligations connected with upbringing children. The necessity of increasing the efficiency of the realization of parents' obligations by changing family and civil-procedural law is substantiated in the article.
