FRACTION MANAGEMENT BY CADET PARTY CENTRAL COMMITTEE IN THE IIND STATE DUMA

Abstract. The article is devoted to the research of Cadet Party Central Committee activity concerning parliamentary fraction management during the period of the IInd State Duma work. This general problem comprises the whole range of aspects covering the character of Cadet policy in Duma. The following key problems are singled out: the process of party structuring and organization during the periods of elections and Duma work. Besides the peculiarities of carrying out electoral campaign, the methods of the work of the Central Committee of Constitutional-Democratic Party in the IInd Duma, Cadet Party strategy and tactics, the basic directions of the fraction work concerning economic, social and political questions are revealed.
