VATICAN ACTIVITY IN NUREMBERG PROCESS: PROBLEM STATEMENT

Abstract.
The aim of this article is to cover the range of questions connected with Holy See activity in the period of international Nuremberg tribunal work. The author pays special attention to the suppression of many-sided and mutually beneficial Vatican collaboration with fascist regimes and the USA during the Second World War.
