PROPERTY PROTECTION CONTRACT EXECUTION: LEGAL RIGHT OR JURIDICAL LIABILITY?

Abstract. The article researches the questions about the equal extent of all property forms protection on the basis of property protection contract. The author makes the conclusion about the inadmissibility of the compulsion to execute the considered contract by the organizations of non-departmental and departmental security. For the persons having property in private ownership protection contract execution is the legal right which can be realized only by means of voluntarily assumed liability.
