Abstract.
During more than one and a half year after the meeting of Zhu De with Mao Zedong in Jinggangshan in the 4th corps of Chinese Red Army behind its appreciable achievements concerning Soviet rule establishment in the country there smoldered glaring contradiction between the two leaders which periodically acquired quite undisguised form. The basis of clashes has different reasons - political, military and personal ones. Interweaving with each other they nevertheless reflected one of the most important contradictions which consisted in very different approaches of the commander and the commissar to the party principles of troops management, to struggle strategy and tactics and, at last, to democracy which Zhu De always adhered.
