KNOWLEDGE AS REALITY ESTIMATION ON THE BASIS OF BELIEF

Abstract. The author reveals the content of the notion cognition in the context of estimation conception developed by him and pays special attention to the interpretation of B. Russell and Ch. S. Peirce's cognition theories in the process of which he finds out that object cognition is its estimation by a subject on the basis of belief in something - truth, fact, utility.
