MONARCHIC RIGHT IN CONSTITUTIONAL LEGISLATION AND POLITICAL HISTORY OF AUSTRIA (1860-1918)

Abstract. The article is devoted to the solution of the questions about the place and role of monarchic right in the constitutional legislation of Austria of the 60s of the XIXth century. The author determines the form of the manifestation of the new political regime of the House of Habsburg's imperial monarchy at the stage of the transition from authoritarianism to democracy during 1860-1918. Studying the historical originality of this regime form allows considering the possibility of the further development of the theory of the question about the typology of constitutional monarchies.
