LEGAL STATUS OF RUSSIAN TRADE UNIONS: OCTOBER 1917 - THE 1920S (IN COMMEMORATION OF THE 105TH ANNIVERSARY OF RUSSIAN TRADE UNIONS)

Abstract. The author considers the basic features of the legal status of Russian trade unions in the course of their active transfer into state ownership, at the initial stage of the socialist organization of Russian proletariat work, during the epoch of carrying out the state policy which was called military communism and analyzes the corresponding normative-legal acts which reflected the key peculiarities of this policy and became the legal base for the further process of the formation and functioning of Soviet trade unions on the basis of Marxist-Bolshevist ideology.
