Abstract.
The author reveals the components of the crime specified in article 193 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation Defection of Means in Foreign Currency from Abroad, states that the efficiency of the law enforcement activity on the cases concerning the defection of means in foreign currency from abroad is extremely low on the basis of investigative practice analysis and pays special attention to studying the reasons of this problem and its theoretical examination.
