Abstract.
The author reveals some aspects of the organization and formation of departmental police in the RSFSR during new economic policy realization and pays special attention to the formation and functioning of credit-financial police as one of departmental police types and to the peculiarities of the legal regulation and practice of the RSFSR credit-financial institutions protection during the above mentioned period.
