Abstract.
The article is devoted to the questions of inter-cultural communications under the conditions of multinational region. Cultures interaction intensity as well as the degree of the probability of nationalities inter-ethnic contacts are the derivatives from national structure mosaicity. Mosaicity index is determined by the ratio of national groups in the region by numerical criterion. The dominating factor determining movement forms and population structure according to the sex-and-age, national, professional-legal and other criteria is migration.
