Abstract.
The author considers the original N. F. Fedorov's view on the idea of over-man, gives the thinker's critical remarks on F. Nietzsche's over-man conception to which the native philosopher opposes his project of over-man and over-mankind basing on both religious and natural-scientific grounds.
