Abstract.
The author considers the anthropological, gender and racial views of Kang You-wei, which were specified in his treatise The Book of Great Unity, shows that Kang You-wei did not follow the principle of equality declared by him with respect to human races: it was supposed to turn the Negroes into white men, and tells that at the same time Kang You-wei took radical feminist position in social terms.
