Abstract.
The authors consider the military-political situation within Far East during the unconstitutional special authority existence - Far Eastern Revolutionary Committee (Dal'revkom), pay special attention to the specifics of the Far Eastern Army reform implementation and relations problems with China and in connection with it emphasize the diminution of security in the region during the period under review.
