Abstract.
The author studies professional ethics as the set of the conduct rules of the particular social group, namely management companies, mentions that people, managers, working in service industry, medicine, education, where activity is related to direct human contact and where moral requirements are imposed, more often face the necessity of professional ethics standards observations and concludes that professional ethics develops together with management development and now the principles and norms of managers' professional ethics should be already fixed at legislative level.
