NEW ORDER OF LANDS ASSIGNMENT IN CONSIDERATION FOR LAND ALLOTMENTS

Abstract. The author reveals the new order of agricultural lands assignment in consideration for land allotments, mentions that the significant changes were made in assignment order on the 1st of July 2011 and the new notion land surveying project appeared; gives the detailed analysis of two types of land surveying project - approved at land allotments owners' general meeting and approved by the decision of a land allotment owner, and pays special attention to the imperfection of the amendments entered into force on the 1st of July 2011 and to the ways of their improvement.
