Abstract.
The author undertakes the attempt to analyze Christian theological foundations influence on some legal theories, in particular: natural right theory, contract theory; considers whether Christian theology foundations have been reflected in the content of such notions as democracy, freedom of speech and press, etc., and comes to the conclusion about deep historical connections between law and theology, which contain a number of formal proofs used by government and lawyers.
