INTER-ETHNIC CONFLICTS ESSENCE IN POST-SOVIET COUNTRIES

Abstract.
The author studies inter-ethnic relations and inter-ethnic conflicts factors in the modern world, particularly in the CIS countries, distinguishes inter-ethnic relations types and presents inter-ethnic conflicts typology worked out in the light of post-soviet countries features, shows that according to numerous scientists' predictions post-soviet countries are the dormant volcano of conflicts that can erupt under the favorable combination of circumstances, and considers some methods of international conflicts evaluation, which may help in emerging ethnic conflicts prediction in the future.
