LEGAL REGIME: TO NOTION DEFINITION

Abstract. The author discusses the main features of legal regime: normative-legal consolidation, specific purpose, special procedure of regulation, complex character, optimal and favorable conditions creation for the subjects of law, systemic character, corresponding structure; and gives her own definition of the notion legal regime basing on the revealed features.
